RTL provides flexible, scalable and responsive fulfilment logistics and lead logistics that deliver world-class results.
Our approach is to integrate all processes within the distribution center, eliminating excess infrastructure and disruptions and leveraging synergies. We automate processes wherever possible in order to optimize labor, cycle times and costs associated with pick-and-pack operations. Finally, each of our customers has a single RTL point of contact, who is responsible for overseeing daily fulfilment logistics and lead logistics activities and also serves as an advocate in managing third-party service providers. RTL takes a long-term view of customer relationships, acting as a strategic partner invested in the mutual success of our customers and our company.
